DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE:

BACIMIX is administered orally, mixed with poultry feed, at the following therapeutic doses:
Broilers, replacement pullets, and breeders: BACIMIX should be administered to the birds at a dose of 6 to 12 mg of bacitracin (equivalent to 54.5 to 109 mg of product) per kilogram of body weight, for 5 to 7 consecutive days.

Once mixed with the feed, the product remains stable for 24 hours. After this period, any remaining feed should be discarded.
