Colistin 50%
Efficacy against bacterial enteritis in poultry and swine
PROMOTIN® TR is a 50% colistin-based product, very effective in prophylaxis of intestinal infections caused by Escherichia coli and Salmonella Enteritidis in poultry, and in the treatment of enteritis caused by E. coli in swine.

FORMULA
Each 100 g of PROMOTIN® TR contains:

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Poultry: The recommended dose for the treatment of poultry is 5 mg of colistin per kilogram of body weight per day. Treatment should continue for 14 consecutive days or as directed by the veterinarian.
Pigs: The recommended dose for the treatment of pigs is 10 mg of colistin per kilogram of body weight per day. Treatment should continue for 7 to 14 consecutive days or as directed by the veterinarian.

Withdrawal Period
Poultry – slaughter: treated poultry does not require a withdrawal period after the last administration.
Eggs: this product must not be administered to laying birds producing eggs for human consumption.
Pigs – slaughter: treated pigs do not require a withdrawal period after the last administration.
