Each 100 g of SULFABASE® contains:
Sulfaquinoxaline (as sodium)………………………….25.0 g

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
SULFABASE® should be administered to birds at a dose of 120 mg of product (equivalent to 30 mg of sulfaquinoxaline) per kilogram of body weight for 3 consecutive days.

Withdrawal Period
Poultry for slaughter:
Treatment via drinking water: slaughter of treated birds should only be carried out 6 days after the last administration.
Treatment via feed: slaughter of treated birds should only be carried out 5 days after the last administration.
Eggs: this product must not be administered to birds producing eggs for human consumption.
