


Granulated monensin with zero withdrawal period for poultry.
COXIFARM® M40 is indicated in poultry (Gallus gallus) for the treatment of coccidiosis in broiler chickens and replacement pullets, caused by Eimeria acervulina, E. tenella, and E. maxima.
COXIFARM® M40 promotes a lower rate of intestinal lesions, reduces mortality, and maximizes the zootechnical performance of birds.
In cattle, it is indicated for the treatment and control of coccidiosis in calves, caused by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE:
Poultry: The dose of COXIFARM® M40 for poultry is 250 g to 300 g of product per ton of feed, corresponding to 100 to 120 ppm of sodium monensin, administered for 42 consecutive days.
Cattle: As this product requires an adaptation period of the ruminal microflora, administer half of the indicated dose for 7 days prior to the start of treatment.
In calves, the product is administered at a dose of 1 mg of monensin (equivalent to 2.5 mg of COXIFARM® M40) per kilogram of body weight, for 33 consecutive days. Do not exceed the maximum amount of 360 mg of monensin per animal per day.

The slaughter of treated poultry does not require a withdrawal period after the last administration.
In the case of cattle, the withdrawal period is 4 days.
