




Proven efficacy in the control of enteric diseases of poultry and swine
LINCOFARM® TR is a medicine based on the antibiotic lincomycin, which shows excellent efficacy against necrotic enteritis in poultry and against the main enteric diseases affecting pigs in growing and finishing phases: ileitis, swine dysentery and spirochetal colitis.

Lincomycin (as hydrochloride) ……………………… 44 g

SWINE:
Prevention
The recommended dose for the prevention of Porcine Proliferative Enteropathy is 5 mg of lincomycin per kg of body weight per day, which is equivalent to 110 g of lincomycin or 250 g of LINCOFARM® TR per ton of feed for a pig in the 30 kg body weight range. The treatment should be carried out for a period of 14 consecutive days.
Treatment
The recommended dose for the treatment of Porcine Proliferative Enteropathy is 10 mg of lincomycin per kg of body weight per day, for 7 consecutive days, administered via drinking water.
POULTRY:
Prevention
The recommended dose for the prevention of Necrotic Enteritis in poultry is 5 mg of lincomycin per kg of body weight per day, for 14 to 21 consecutive days through the feed; or 10 mg of lincomycin per kg of body weight per day, for 7 consecutive days through the drinking water.

Poultry: Withdraw the drug 2 days prior to slaughter.
EGGS: This product must not be administered to birds producing eggs for human consumption.
Swine:
Preventive treatment: Withdraw the drug 3 days prior to slaughter.
Curative treatment: Withdraw the drug 5 days prior to slaughter.
