OXIBAC® 50 is an oxytetracycline-based medicine, a bacteriostatic antimicrobial with broad-spectrum action and excellent oral absorption. OXIBAC® 50 is indicated for the prevention and treatment of the following diseases affecting swine: pleuropneumonia, atrophic rhinitis, glasser’s disease, pasteurellosis and colibacillosis.
In addition, other features make OXIBAC® 50 a product of differentiated efficacy in the fight against respiratory and enteric diseases of swine:
• Broad-spectrum action; • Affinity for the respiratory tract; • Stability in feed.
FORMULA
Each 100 g of OXIBAC® 50 contains:
Oxytetracycline (as dihydrate) ……………………………….50 g

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
OXIBAC® 50 should be administered to swine via feed at a daily dose of 40 mg oxytetracycline per kilogram live weight for up to 14 days.
